RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return and refunds
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an any returns or exchange of defected and or damaged items, you must first email us within 5 working days of receiving the artwork at email@example.com to inform us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available.
You will receive a notification Mail, once your return is received and inspected. If we reject your refund you also will receive a notification Mail. If your return is approved, then your replacement and or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
It is your responsibility for paying for your own shipping costs with all the fees. Shipping costs with costume fees are non-refundable. When your return of your defective and or damage item is approved the cost of return shipping with custom fees be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over AED 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, it is your responsibilities.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Please check first your bank account if you have not received a refund, yet. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
